WorkTime 7.21, employee monitoring software, has two new features: Productive / Non-productive Time reports and the relevant Summary Report, – that aim to facilitate a quick and easy access to employee performance data.
WorkTime, an employee monitoring software, developed by NesterSoft Inc., has launched new reports on employee productivity. These include the reports on Productive / Non-productive time by employee(s), which show the exact amount of hours an employee either has been performing his/her responsibilities or has been distracted from work. This outcome is mostly based on the web sites visited by the staff, the main distractive groups being predefined (e.g. social nets, news, blogs, etc.). However, the reports are customizable, and companies may define work-related sites according to their fields of specialization.
The other renewed feature of WorkTime 7.21 is the employee productivity Summary that provides a prompt access to the data on employee working time productivity. The new visualization allows to perceive the data in various graphs, making its usage prompt and handy.
The collected data on employees’ working time productivity, -presented in the form of easy to understand and use Productive / Non-productive Time reports and the relevant Summary, – promotes managerial awareness of the situation with employee engagement. The application area of the information within the reports released is wide: starting from training programs on employee productivity development, and up to salaries distribution.
